Matthew 6:7-8
7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Have you ever wanted to pray out loud? You know that intercessors prayer style that makes your very soul chill to the bone when you hear the bro and sis's in the prayer rooms, however you are scared to death to pray outloud, especially with someone around you. Don't worry your not alone a thousand other if not more feel the very same way. Most of the time it is because we just don't know how too and so you think it is just better to stay out of the prayer rooms or prayer meetings or even say a short bedtime and go to bed. This is a must try to help you learn how to become the prayer warrior you long to be. You know the old saying you have to start somewhere or sometime.
There are 5 S's. These are five simple rules to follow whether it's just you or in a group.
1. Subject by subject - praying in one accord about one subject at a time or even simpler praying one sentence outloud at a time. Do this until you feel more comfortable and then add another sentence to your prayers outloud.
2. Short Prayers - once comfortable praying one sentence then build it up until you find that you have moved up to praying short prayers out loud.
3. Simple prayers - I don't know about you but there are times in prayer rooms that I always try getting in there first so I can start without people hearing me starting out once warmed up I don't know when they enter or not.as there are some people that when they pray it makes me want to stop just to listen to them as they pray. They make it appear very easy and must have done it for years. But don't worry about making your prayers astounding or think they have to sound perfect. Just keep them simple until you are comfortable and then add more to it. Think of the most important prayer on your list and audibly pray one simple prayer out loud once you master one then go to two.
4. Specific Prayer Requests - encourage yourself or others by having specific prayer requests ready and spend some f this time Praising God for His specific answers even if He hasn't answered them yet.
5. Silent Periods - Silent periods between prayrs are a privilege and a blessing. Don't panic when there is a lull just listen. Don't forget prayer is a two way conversation with God. We tend to forget that God is on His throne in heaven just waiting to say something if we would take the time to listen.
Again you have to start somewhere. Once you take the first step everything else will come must easier. God bless.

Dear Lord you are awesome to me. Thank you for the life you have created just for me. I pray for your strength to help me live up to the woman you created me to be. I long for your compassion and love you have towards ones that don't realize or care what they do to others, teach me Lord. My life is in your hands mold me in your likeness. My desire is to be just like you.
