  • I just wanted to say how HAPPY I am over our new look on the bus.
    I just can't hardly wait.

We began raising money to paint our white church bus in July of 2007 after seeing a bus in an issue of the Pentecostal Herald, featuring the First United Pentecostal Church of Ferriday, Lousiana's LifeSaver Bus. We thank this wonderful church for their great paint job idea and for the picture they sent us to give to the guys who painted our bus. I know it will be a blessing to our city and our children. I am looking for a Holy Ghost Revival in our Kings Kids Church. I have had 10 this year get the Holy Ghost.

Bus ministry is important to me as I was once a bus kid myself.  I may not be where I am today without someone having a passion for kids.  It takes a lot of time and effort to build a children's ministry that many people take for granted.  Even in my own experience as a director many people overlook investing into our church of tomorrow.  Our Kids!!  If we don't invest the word, our time and care into these children then our church's will die out, burn out.  You want Holy Ghost fire in your church invest in all of your kids not just ones you pick out with great talents.  I have seen many overlooked, forgotten and within years never seen again.  I hope if your reading this that you will make a change in how you view your children's department.  Sunday School and Children's Churches are much more important than most Christians realize.

    It's Completion
I remember how excited I was when people picked me up for church on Sunday morning, so I can only imagine what our children are going to think when they get to ride a LifeSaver Bus and the memories they will share.
