Learning to Pray

P osted by Sylvia on November 19, 2008 at 8:30am  on Everyone's Apostolic Matthew 6:7-8 7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. 8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Have you ever wanted to pray out loud? You know that intercessors prayer style that makes your very soul chill to the bone when you hear the bro and sis's in the prayer rooms, however you are scared to death to pray outloud, especially with someone around you. PTC's LifeSaver Bus

Image
Posted by Sylvia on August 1, 2008 at 3:30pm  to Everyone's Apostolic I just wanted to say how HAPPY I am over our new look on the bus. I just can't hardly wait.     Before picture We began raising money to paint our white church bus in July of 2007 after seeing a bus in an issue of the Pentecostal Herald, featuring the First United Pentecostal Church of Ferriday, Lousiana's LifeSaver Bus. We thank this wonderful church for their great paint job idea and for the picture they sent us to give to the guys who painted our bus. I know it will be a blessing to our city and our children. I am looking for a Holy Ghost Revival in our Kings Kids Church. I have had 10 this year get the Holy Ghost. Bus ministry is important to me as I was once a bus kid myself.  I may not be where I am today without someone having a passion for kids.  It takes a lot of time and effort to build a children's ministry that many people take for granted.  Even i...
